Our annual midweek self-care getaway offers worthwhile R&R. With a variety of activities, workshops, and speakers, our Retreat will provide a much-needed boost that can help you face old treatment plans with renewed vigor.
For women who often feel isolated, this annual Shabbaton is a cherished opportunity to connect with like-minded, courageous individuals. It's a time to feel embraced and understood, in an uplifting, enriching, and inspiring environment.
Our in-house locations in Brooklyn, Lakewood, and Baltimore offer fun, therapeutic activities in an easy, chilled venue, allowing members to consistently connect in person.
The Chazkeinu Forum is a vibrant online community where Chazkeinu sisters share it all, and connect in a safe, anonymous environment. Your insights are valued and respected.
Join our (very) active groups to give and get chizuk. Our peer moderators keep the conversations on track, ensuring the space remains comfortable and validating for everyone.

Empowered is the Jewish community’s non-emergency support helpline for all things mental health. Speak one-on-one with an experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional and receive valuable support, validation, and guidance.
