Chazkeinu provides a lifeline for all Jewish women and girls ages 18 and above who are struggling with mental and emotional illnesses or challenges or have family members who are struggling.

At Chazkeinu, anonymity and safety for all our members are of utmost importance to us.

You will receive a phone call from our intake coordinator to see if Chazkeinu is the best fit for you. She’ll ask you to tell her briefly about yourself and how you feel Chazkeinu can best help you. She will also ask to confirm that you are in therapy as our organization is in addition to professional help.
