It is so wonderful to see aticles being printed about mental health issues, that are just like any other health issues. I attended this Shabbaton, it was so beautiful, uplifting, and inspiring. I met so many amazing Jewish women. It was well organized and I learned so much. I also call in twice a week for this incredible peer support group. Every woman has such pearls fo wisdom to share. It has changed my life in such a positive way. Chazkeinu has already helped thousands of women across the globe with it’s many programs. It is an organization that is long overdo and thank G-d it is here now! It is truly stopping the stigma, it will take time. I already can see and hear the difference. Chazkeinu Connections is a warm and inviting online forum where Chazkeinu Sisters share, give, and connect in a safe, anonymous environment. There is also a forum specifically for family members of those who are struggling with mental health.
